[edit] Why Sponsoring BarCampLausanne ?

We are planning more than 100 participants. Everyone is welcomed, but we are primarily sending invitations to:

  • All our alumni members
  • All EPFL students

This event, inspired by an international concept (barcamp.org ) is a unique opportunity to see gathered young talents and industrial techies. And the A3 association is very happy to support this bridging between those two populations by organizing the first barcamp event in “Suisse-romande”.

We are supporting the organization with the help of Satellite and EPFL, but we would welcome any support from companies wishing to have some visibility in this process or wanting to associate their brand to the event.

The barcamp participation is free and A3 will support core expenses, but we are looking for sponsors to provide us resources for food, drinks, lanyards, bag, t-shirt, pen, paper, etc. we could give to our participants.
